Provident Village was born out of a passion for ensuring the founders’ own parents could have access to the affordable, exceptional personalized care and enriching service they would need to live a full, engaging and joyful life.
Provident Village’s commitment is brought to life by a leadership team with decades of collective experience in the senior living and senior care industry. Each member of our team is widely recognized for creating innovations in senior living communities that empower residents to thrive.
Sam has more than 27 years of experience in the hotel, residential, and the senior living industries. He has served in management positions with a successful track record of deficiency free surveys, developing and leading teams, and creating outstanding programs for residents. Sam has also been successful in sales, marketing, and community relations. He is an experienced and dedicated senior housing professional who feels his most important attributes are helping others, mentoring, and volunteering in the community.
On a personal note, Sam loves spending time with family which include his children and grandchildren, and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading, and sports.
Dr. Whitney Grant
Dr. Whitney Grant comes to us with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree, a Master’s degree in Health Administration, and as a Doctor of Health Administration with an accomplished professional record of more than 10 years of experience in the health field with a proven record of accomplishments from previous roles in sales, management and marketing.
She is a dedicated and reliable marketer with a record of successful outreach to a wide variety of community demographics. She provides outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including a sound ability to coordinate and communicate with all levels of management.
When she is not at work, you can find Whitney spending time with family and friends.
Audrey is an accomplished professional and licensed nurse with more than 22 years of experience in the senior living industry. She is a dedicated leader with a successful track record in developing and leading teams, creating and managing special programming for Alzheimer’s and Dementia related diseases, and fostering relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Audrey graduated from the Humana Health Institute receiving the highest honor given, the “Human Touch Award”.
Frankie is a Licensed Practical Nurse receiving her credentials from the Chattahoochee Technical College. She also has a background in Psychology and Interior Design. She became a Certified Dementia Practitioner in 2014 due to her love and passion for the care of Alzheimer’s residents.
Frankie believes in utilizing a positive approach and person-centered care for all of her residents which is reflected in each individual’s care plan. She works closely with families to build trusting relationships that help foster a complete care package for their loved ones. She is always the resident’s advocate and strives to provide the best quality of life for each and every person by involving the resident, family members, care team members, and third-party providers. Her daily focus is to create moments for each resident rather than memories.
When Frankie isn’t working, she enjoys spending her time with her daughter, her Beagle “Charlie” and loves to go to the beach as much as possible.
