Why Provident Village? See for Yourself
“Dad is transitioning into his new community at Provident Village at Creekside and my family and I are truly grateful for the dedication, care, and compassion each person provided our family. I thank you all for your expertise, individual input, and hours of time spent listening to our concerns and helping us to understand our options.”

“My spouse has been at this facility for the better part of a year. We have found the CNA’s to be kind, caring, competent, while treating residents with the dignity and respect they deserve.”

“From the initial tour, all the way to establishing a final home for my mom, the staff at Provident Village has provided a first class service. When I was deciding on a place for my mom, they stood out head and shoulders above others in the local area. Despite the multiple health challenges with my mother, they did a magnificent job of managing and communicating what she needs.”

“I recently met with the team at Provident Village looking for a new home for my father. I had a great experience, especially with the Community Relations Coordinator who took the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. The facility is beautiful and clean. All of the staff were friendly, and most importantly, all of the residents were happy. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“Provident Village has been a Godsend for our family. We needed an answer for my mother and looked at many different options, from home health to other assisted living facilities. Provident won us over with their nice people and beautiful facility. The Executive Director and staff do an excellent job of taking care of their people and also with communicating with the families.

“Most outstanding experience! We have finally found the most wonderful assisted living in Atlanta at Provident Village at Creekside. My mom says she is home for good! Thank you to everyone at Provident Village for treating mom with love and respect!

Provident Village was beautiful and reminded me of an upscale rental place. We saw two vacant apartments. The bedrooms were a nice size with small kitchenettes, and people brought their own furnishings. There were a lot of interactions with the residents in the hallways; they answered any questions that we had and allowed us to walk up and down the halls.
I visited this facility and Provident Village looked really good and in order. They were very friendly, very informative, and sat down and talked with us a good while about things we can do at home until it’s time. We were impressed. They had scheduled activities for both assisted living and memory care. They did field trips and took people out to see local sites. It seemed like a happy place. The dining area was very nice and had different choices and snacks. It looked like a good setup.
Provident Village at Canton was immaculate, very pretty, and brand new. My treatment there was excellent. I was recuperating from a very bad fall, so I was only there for a 2 and a half month period, but I was treated very well, and I would recommend it highly to anybody else. They have very good employees that have a lot of dedication. They’re very concerned about their residents, and they take very good care of them. They also have a very good activities program.
My mother-in-law is in memory care at Provident Village at Canton, and she loves it. It’s new, clean, secure, and the people were friendly. They have arts and crafts, devotions, exercises, a hair salon, outings, and once a month they have a specific function, like this past month was a luau, so all the residents got together during arts and crafts and made all the decorations. They have an awesome dining room and the food is good. They wash their clothes and bed linens. I don’t have complaints at all. They have a secure outdoor courtyard where they can sit and not wander. They also have a bus.
My father has moved in to Provident Village at Creekside. It is a very well-appointed place with caring staff and good food. The living quarters are well appointed. They have a kitchenette with a sink and the flooring is designed so that people who may fall don’t get hurt. The living quarters themselves are very nice.
